EDU 113 Unique Abilities
This course introduces a wide range of applied content regarding the unique abilities of students who require a highly specialized form of service for their educational experience. Instructional constructs include the following topics: collaborative environments, family and peer relationships equitable access, careers and agency planning, evidenced-based high leverage practices, informal assessment for progress monitoring and transitional planning. Course sessions in school and agency visitations, and team activities. (Cross listed with 213.)
Prerequisite: Typical and atypical development coursework,
EDU 151B or 151A or
PSY 113 (if
PSY 113 was taken when cross-listed with
EDU 151B).
