JRN 110 Ethics & Legalities for Media

Giving a voice to society’s most important issues carries with it a responsibility to be fair, honest and impartial. This course will examine the principles of ethical storytelling in journalism, documentary, and media at large, as well as a writer’s legal liability, copyright and fair use, and the First Amendment.
