CHE 120L Instrumental Methods of Analysis Laboratory
Hands-on experiments with modern methods of analysis, from among the following techniques: absorption spectroscopies such as uv-vis, infrared (IR), atomic absorption (AA), nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), gas chromatography (GC), mass spectrometry (MS), emission spectroscopies and electrochemical methods. Laboratory, 8 hours. Offered every other year. Prerequisite: Completion of
CHE 6B with a grade of C- or better.
