BIO 135L Molecular Biology Laboratory

The laboratory introduces techniques in nucleic acid and protein preparation and manipulation fundamental in modern experimentation. Laboratory 3 hrs. Prerequisite: a grade of C- or above in BIO 1/BIO 2 and BIO 2L; concurrent enrollment in BIO 135 or completion of BIO 135 with a grade of C or better.
