BUS 264 Managing Talent Building Coalitions & Leading Change

The course examines the complexity in leading coalitions and developing a culture of change within the organization as well as in determining the organizations’ readiness for change. Theories and practice of change management related to the individual, group, inter-group, and organizational level are discussed.
