NUR 402 Design for Quality Improvement and Evidence-Based Practice
This course focuses on designing and implementing quality improvement (QI) and evidence-based practice (EBP) initiatives in healthcare organizations. Students will learn to develop, evaluate, and sustain QI projects and EBP interventions that enhance patient care and organizational performance. This course includes project development for the doctoral capstone project. Learners will become familiar with the tools for successful project management and implementation.
