NUR 403 Global and Community Health - Disparities, Advocacy, Politics and the Roy Model

This course explores global and community health issues, focusing on health disparities, advocacy, and political influences. Students will analyze health inequities, develop strategies for advocacy, and explore political and social determinants of health. Additional focus on environmental and climate considerations in healthcare. The course aims to prepare learners to address the needs of marginalized populations on a global and community level.
