Exploration of psychological factors involved in the development and maintenance of racism sexism, ageism, and other manifestations of prejudice. Focuses on research of both individual and group behavior and includes consideration of techniques for combating prejudice in individuals, organizations, and society as a whole. Prerequisite: PSY 1.
