HCA 233E Practicum: Managing Organizational Change

Using a multidisciplinary perspective, this short course provides students with an approach to managing organizational change from a variety of perspectives. Building on our program’s integrative focus, we identify a variety of ways to manage change with a creative, contextual approach.
