DEI 200 Foundations of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion

This course will lay the foundation for the DEI Certificate program. Candidates will learn the social and historical dimensions of the field of DEI and its evolutions. There will be a focus on key terms and definitions related to DEI. The course will center theoretical principles of creating a culture of belonging and promoting an antiracist organization.
