DEI 202 Institutionalizing Change
This course will provide candidates with the tools to bring about transformational change in their respective spheres and institutions. The course will focus on how to effect change at the policy levels, how to gain buy-in across constituencies and how to address conflict. Foundational to this course will be a focus on oppression and change at the following levels: personal, interpersonal, institutional, cultural and systemic.
