PSY 202B Human Sexuality
This online course meets the State of California and Board of Behavioral Sciences mandated requirement for 10 hours of training of physiological, psychological, and social cultural variables associated with sexual behavior and gender identity and the assessment and treatment of psychosexual dysfunction. This course is taken concurrent with PSY 202 Lifespan Development and must be completed for credit while enrolled in PSY 202.
COURSE OBJECTIVES/STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES:
Upon completion of this course, students will:
1. Discuss the development of attachment bonds and its relationship to sexuality.
2. Describe factors affecting sexuality in older women.
3. Explain factors which contribute to male factor infertility.
4. Describe the phases of the menstrual cycle.
5. Describe the stages of sexual intimacy
