MUS 146O Special Projects in Music: Senior Project
Students normally register for this course in spring of their senior year. Students with an emphasis in performance present a senior recital with scholarly program notes in lieu of a written thesis. Students with an emphasis in music history complete a written thesis. Students with an emphasis in music scoring for media submit a portfolio of their work. Students with an emphasis in music education are required to present a half-hour solo recital in addition to requirements specified by the Education Department. Students with an emphasis in music industry present a capstone project related to music industry.
