INT 196 Physical Education

This course is required for Liberal Studies majors. Learn the methods for leading a physical education class for K-12 through the California State Curriculum Framework. Topics include: movement skill and knowledge, self-image, personal development, and social development through rhythms, games, sports, and physical fitness activities. Participants in this course will receive a lettered grade.
