RST 205A Foundations of Sacred Texts

This course provides a comprehensive overview of the Hebrew Bible (Old Testament) and the New Testament. It introduces historical, literary, and theological approaches to scripture, fostering an informed and respectful engagement with sacred texts. Students will develop interpretive skills and learn to draw on sacred texts to apply scripture in ministry settings.
