RST 215A Strategic Planning
This course equips students with the skills to design and lead strategic initiatives aligned with the ministry and nonprofit mission and community impact. Topics include (but are not limited to) organizational assessment, stakeholder analysis, visioning, goal setting, resource stewardship, and outcome evaluation. Through applied projects, students learn to craft strategic plans that are missionally grounded, ethically responsible, and responsive to emerging trends in ministry and non-profit sectors.
