RST 213A Interdisciplinary Approaches
This integrative course draws from disciplines such as (but are not limited to) sociology, psychology, education, public administration, and theology to provide a holistic foundation for ministry and nonprofit leadership. Students will examine how cultural, systemic, and human behavior dynamics influence organizational effectiveness. The course fosters integrative thinking and innovation in ministry/non-profit contexts through case-based learning and applied reflection.
