BUS 265 Data-Driven Decision-Making

This course reviews the basic statistical and business research methods and tools such as the mean, standard deviation, Z&T Test, Correlation, linear/multiple regression, F-Test, ANOVA, and Chi-square hypothesis testing/interpretation. The course will also introduce decision theory, models and tools, data and business analytics, and use case studies and a strategic decision-making simulation to address managerial decision-making challenges. The course will conclude by providing a process that will move a business towards becoming a data-driven decision-making organization.
