BUS 267 Business and Corporate Decision Making
This course examines the differences between the business and corporate decision-making process. Students will examine the scope of the two processes and learn to conduct signal assessment and signal interpretation to respond to both external and internal environments. Special attention is paid to strategic segmentation, time frame for implementation, and models of reality. The concept of multi-capability is also introduced.
