BUS 269 Operations Management for the 21st Century

This course explores contemporary operations and quality management practice with an emphasis on forecasting, technology management, capacity planning, and materials management. Participants will learn how to identify resource capability and capacity issues, while balancing those concerns against future demand, to make ideal resource allocation decisions.
