POL 103 Legal Reasoning
This course introduces students to the basic principles of legal reasoning. Students will learn to analyze cases and statutes, identify applicable law and apply law to a given set of facts. These skills will prepare students for the case analysis methodology used in law school and more broadly, provide students with the insight that comes from approaching problems analytically. Legal Reasoning is required for all Pre-Law minors. GE 3B.
