NUR 215 Organizational and Marketing Management in Healthcare

This course introduces students to healthcare marketing and organizational management, emphasizing the role of nurse leaders and administrators. Topics covered include organizational structures, human resources, ethics, quality management, and the marketing mix (Product, Price, Promotion, and Place). Additional subjects include communication, market planning, consumer behavior, marketing ethics, and strategic planning. By integrating management and marketing principles, students will develop foundational knowledge that will foster a positive organizational culture, enhance brand identity, facilitate strategic recruitment practices, and promote a positive community image in various healthcare settings.
