NUR 247 Foundations and Ethical Principles in Leadership and Consultation

Critical exploration of the foundations and ethical principles required of leaders. The course will focus on communication and relationship building with an emphasis on diversity, foundational thinking skills, systems thinking in practice, and consultation, as well as provide the opportunity for students to examine the process of professional transformation balanced with professional growth.
