PT 489 Repeat Affiliation
This course is an additional final clinical internship designed to develop the clinical competence of the student in a variety of clinical settings with diverse patients. The setting this semester will be chosen by the DCE with input by the student to complement the previous assignments to ensure the breadth of preparation necessary for general practice as a physical therapist. The student will examine, evaluate, diagnose, prognose, and design/implement physical therapy interventions while under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. The student will also develop practical skills in professional and practice management.
