PSY 402 Research Design
The purpose of this course is to critically review various research methodologies including quantitative, qualitative, mixed methods, and other research approaches. Emphasis will be placed on identifying appropriate methods to address specific research questions in order to design a conceptually and empirically strong dissertation study. Students will also develop an appreciation for disciplined inquiry as a means of creating and expanding knowledge in the field of clinical psychology. This course will also review APA-style technical writing.
