PSY 408 Professional Values
This course focuses on the American Psychological Association (APA)’s profession-wide competencies outlined for health service psychologists including areas such as: professional values and integrity, attitudes and behaviors, engagement in self-reflection and professional development to maintain and improve well-being and therapeutic effectiveness, actively seeking and demonstrating openness and responsiveness to feedback and supervision, and responding professionally in increasingly complex situations in the classroom, at practicum, and in the field as a professional.
