Physical Education

Offered through the Sports & Wellness department, Physical Education courses are offered as electives to all students, regardless of degree option. PED classes promote overall wellness and encourage an activity, healthy lifestyle. All courses, with the exception of PED 100, are Credit/No Credit and may be repeated for credit; however, a maximum of six units of SPR and PED combined may be applied to requirements for the Baccalaureate degree, and a maximum of four units of SPR and PED combined may be applied to requirements for the Associate degree.
