But for the independent writer with no legal team, there are many things to consider before embarking on the journey of adapting a literary work for the screen, from both a creative and legal standpoint. In this course, we will navigate some of the steps an independent writer should take before trying to adapt a literary work. We will also delve into the creative writing process of adapting a book for the screen.
