Free verse and song lyric, ballad and ode, sonnet and prose poem. Work rapid fire through this sextet of poetic modes, while reading aloud and on the page great examples of these sub-forms. Culminate with advice on where to send your work and how to present your case to editors. We’ll also do line-editing to get you started on your next draft.
