EXS 130L Exercise Physiology with Focus on Women’s Longevity Lab
Students will experience lab activities which delve into the biological mechanisms that underlie exercise and how these processes change throughout different life stages, including adolescence, reproductive years, menopause, and older adulthood. Through research analysis, practical application, and case studies, students will gain a deeper understanding of the role of exercise in optimizing women's health and well-being across the lifespan.
