EXS 166 Fitness Assessment and Exercise Testing
Course description: This is a comprehensive course designed for students interested in understanding and applying the principles of fitness evaluation and exercise testing. The course focuses on the scientific techniques and methodologies used to assess physical fitness, monitor exercise progress, and design safe and effective exercise programs for individuals of varying fitness levels.
Students will gain hands-on experience in conducting fitness assessments and administering exercise tests, including cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, body composition, and aerobic capacity.
